If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your items within 14 days for a prompt refund or exchange as long as the items are in "like new" condition. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable, however, if you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
